Constellation NewEnergy - Gas Division is a full service provider of natural gas supply and transportation-related services.

History
Our division was completed in October, 2003 when our parent company, Constellation Energy Group (NYSE: CEG), announced the consolidation of three acquired subsidiaries into one. Alliance Energy Services, formerly owned by Allegheny Energy, and Midwest natural gas marketers Kaztex Energy Management and Blackhawk Energy Services became Constellation New Energy Gas Division.
At the time of the announcement, Andrew R. Fellon, president and chief executive officer of the division said,. "Combining forces with Constellation NewEnergy, the leading competitive supplier of electricity in the country, enables us to meet virtually all our customers' energy requirements. It is our unique customer-based platform that allows us to provide our customers with a package tailored to their energy needs."
Today Constellation NewEnergy is a leading competitive supplier of electricity, natural gas and energy-related services to commercial and industrial customers throughout North America, providing products that enable us to help our customers to effectively manage and control energy costs. The Gas Division's regional expertise coupled with its national presence make it uniquely qualified to handle multi-site corporate accounts. Our wide range of customized products and scaleable service offerings set new industry standards for full service utility management outsourcing.
