Big Savings for New Jersey Food Council:

Strategic Partnership Created in Deregulated New Jersey Energy Market New York, Nov. 24, 2003 - Constellation Energy Group (NYSE: CEG) today announced that its subsidiary, Constellation NewEnergy, has finalized a multi-million dollar contract that will provide electricity supply to more than 100 supermarkets located throughout New Jersey. The agreement, which was negotiated through the New Jersey Food Council, will reduce the energy costs for food-related businesses throughout the Garden State.
