WISCONSIN CONSTRAINT INFORMATION

  • A gas day begins at 9:00 AM each day and concludes at 8:59 AM the following morning.
  • Typically a Constraint runs concurrently with the gas day and is usually called a day at a time. While as much advance notice of the Constraint as possible is provided, notice is normally not less than two hours before the start of the Constraint. During certain conditions, Constraints may continue over multiple days.
  • In the event of a Constraint, Constellation NewEnergy will notify the Constraint Contacts you have provided about the Constraint and will inform your Constraint Contacts of any allocation of natural gas that is available to you during the Constraint. If during a Constraint you consume gas in excess of your allocation you may be subject to unauthorized use of gas penalties for any gas you were not authorized to use.
  • Your current Constraint Contacts can be reviewed through your EnerPro account.
