Michael P. Kagan

Michael Kagan was named president of Constellation NewEnergy in 2007. He leads the company's operations in the U.S. and Canada and is responsible for overall company performance, including business development and marketing. Prior to his presidency, he was the chief commercial officer responsible for major accounts and product development.
Michael started with NewEnergy in 1998 and has served in a variety of positions including vice president for the New England region, vice president-supply and trading, and manager of electricity pricing. Throughout his career, he has been a part of the strategic leadership team and has overseen the expansion of the company's supply capabilities into new markets and development of innovative risk management solutions for the company's largest customers.
Before joining Constellation NewEnergy, Michael managed risk assessment for PG&E Energy Services, an unregulated services and commodities supplier. He consulted on financial and business strategy at Barakat & Chamberlin, an energy consulting firm serving the electric and natural gas industries. Early in his career, he worked with an environmental group as an analyst on electric vehicle issues.
Michael earned his B.A. in economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY and his M.S. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Andrew R. (Drew) Fellon
President & Chief Executive Officer
Constellation NewEnergy - Gas Division
Drew Fellon was named president and chief executive officer of Constellation NewEnergy - Gas Division in 2003. Drew oversees the supply of natural gas and transportation-related services to business customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to Constellation NewEnergy, Drew founded two companies: Fellon-McCord in 1992, and Alliance Gas Services, Inc., in 1993, where he served as president and chief executive officer. Twice he facilitated the sale of both companies: first to Allegheny Energy, Inc., in 2001, then to Constellation Energy in 2003. Drew served as an exclusive consultant to the businesses from November 2001 until December 2001. He then resumed his role as president and chief executive officer of Fellon-McCord and Constellation NewEnergy - Gas Division, formerly known as Alliance.
Prior to founding the businesses, Drew was senior vice president, National Accounts - Natural Gas Division for Centran Corporation. He participated in the creation of Centran's natural gas spot and futures' market trading and developed Centran's Appalachian natural gas procurement and trading function.
Drew received his B.S. in industrial and management systems engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
